Yossi was extremely friendly and witty. When he was younger, he converted his bedroom into a living room to host his many friends. Long before the advent of Facebook, Yossi had created the first Wall: his friends would leave a note on his “bedroom” wall. His friendliness continued during his army service, even during the toughest times. In the field, in pouring rain, in his army tent, Yossi would sing to raise everyone’s spirits.
